Lou Belken's impressive coaching career spans decades. His players have achieved remarkable feats, including a #1 ATP World Doubles ranking, two Grand Slam Doubles titles, reaching the Wimbledon Doubles Final twice, and winning an NCAA Singles Championship.

For 26 years, Belken served as the Head Men's Tennis Coach at Arizona State University (ASU). Under his leadership, the ASU team consistently earned NCAA Tournament berths in 14 of the last 20 years, including 5 Sweet Sixteen appearances and a Final 8 finish. He mentored 14 All-American players and 28 Pac-10 All-conference selections during his tenure at ASU.

In 2014, Belken was appointed Head Coach for Team USA at the World Youth Olympics in Nanjing, China. His contributions to the sport were further recognized in 2017 with his induction into the USTA Southwest Hall of Fame.
