Implementing Green School Projects is becoming a standard practice, and this module provides a comprehensive guide.

What is a Green School? A green school is an educational environment designed to foster a healthy learning atmosphere while simultaneously conserving energy, protecting environmental resources, and achieving cost savings. The benefits are significant: reduced greenhouse gas emissions, lower energy costs, improved health for both students and teachers, and increased student motivation.

This module is designed for all quality schools seeking to integrate Green Initiatives into their operations. It serves as a valuable resource for teachers, parents, and students alike, inspiring all age groups to embrace Go Green practices and make sustainability a core value.

A key objective is to contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through practical green initiatives within schools. This module equips educators and the school community with the knowledge and tools to create a thriving, environmentally responsible learning environment. We encourage you to explore and implement these practices to cultivate a quality education and a sustainable lifestyle.
