Looking to build a vibrant student ministry at your smaller church? This five-week course is designed specifically for those new to student ministry, including part-time pastors, volunteer leaders, and bi-vocational pastors. Whether you haven't attended bible college or seminary, this course provides practical, real-world strategies to effectively connect with and guide students.

Forget theory – this course is built on 15+ years of experience working directly with students. I'll equip you with the tools you need to love students better and create a thriving ministry. I'm so confident in this program that I offer a full refund if you're not satisfied!

Here's a breakdown of the five key steps we'll cover:

• Creating an Authentic Grace-Filled Environment: Fostering a safe and welcoming space for students to explore their faith.
• Facilitating Real Connection: Building genuine relationships that go beyond superficial interactions.
• Creating a Service That's Worth Coming To: Designing engaging and relevant events that resonate with students.
• Equipping Students for Success: Providing resources and skills to help students thrive in all areas of life.
• Building a Dream Team: Recruiting, training, and empowering a dedicated team of leaders.

A healthy student ministry requires all these elements to function effectively. Our ultimate goal is to help students walk with Jesus, and these steps are milestones on that journey. Follow this path, and witness the incredible impact God can have through you.
