About Swing Dance:

Swing dance, a vibrant family of dance styles born in the 1920s, draws its energy directly from the Jazz era. At its core is the iconic Lindy Hop, often considered the foundation of all swing dances. Witness the artistry of legendary teams like George Snowden & Big Bea, Dean Collins & Jewel McGowan, and Al Minns & Leon James to understand that partnered jazz dance is a captivating duet. It's a dynamic conversation between two dancers, a collaborative performance built on communication through arms, playful signals, surprising moments, and seamless harmony.
