Самоинициация в рейки: подготовка к посвящению в три ступени

Discover a deeper path to Reiki mastery, moving beyond superficial certifications and embracing authentic self-development. This course offers a unique approach to Reiki, contrasting with the increasingly common "self-initiation" trend relying on online transmissions. Instead of remote channeling, we focus on cultivating your personal energy through powerful psychotherapeutic techniques – a core element often overlooked in modern Reiki practice.

This program integrates Reiki with other Eastern practices, providing foundational exercises to assess your energy levels, clear energetic blockages, and establish a strong structure for channeling. You'll learn to progress through all three Reiki levels by working directly with your own energy, regardless of receiving transmissions from a master. This demands dedication, genuine interest, and a focus on inner growth, free from the pursuit of external validation or social influence.

Course Highlights:

• Level 1: Hands-on Healing & Somatic Awareness: Master the foundational hand positions, learn to interpret feedback from your body's psychosomatic responses, and develop a deeper connection to your own energy field.
• Level 2: Reflective Work & Karmic Insights: Engage in reflective exercises with your energetic projection, explore karmic patterns from past and potential future lives, and gain valuable insights into your life's journey.
• Level 3: Meditation & Spiritual Awakening: Delve into advanced meditation techniques designed to facilitate enlightenment and a state of pure consciousness – transcending the energetic level and entering a realm of pure spiritual practice.

The course also addresses crucial ethical considerations within Reiki and explores pathways for ongoing self-development.

The author's journey with Reiki began in the late 1990s, receiving the first and second degrees from Reiki Master Sergey Pinsky, a devoted follower of Shri Sathya Sai Baba. Furthering her understanding through a second degree in Oriental Studies, she became a Reiki Master in 2004 under the guidance of yoga teacher Suredra Singh, with whom she collaborated during her time in India.

The author emphasizes a non-therapeutic approach to Reiki. While she has offered numerous first and second degree transmissions since 2009, she has initiated only five Reiki Masters, prioritizing individual growth and authentic practice over mass certification.
