MATPEL I: Nivel Advertencia (Warning Level)

• Coordinate with relevant authorities.

MATPEL II: Nivel Operaciones Básicas Defensivas (Basic Defensive Operations Level)

This training prepares participants to respond defensively to emergencies. Key skills include:

• Containing leaks.
• Building containment dikes.
• Assembling and preparing decontamination systems for technical teams.
