次世代型教師を目指せ sect.7 セカンドキャリアを構築する 前編

Are you a teacher considering a second career? This course explores a crucial transition for educators, outlining a clear path forward.

We address key questions:

• Why don't teachers seriously consider a second career? We delve into the reasons behind the hesitation many educators experience when thinking about life after the classroom.
• Why should teachers seriously consider a second career? Discover compelling reasons why exploring new professional avenues is vital for long-term fulfillment and financial security.
• Why entrepreneurship is the top priority for teachers planning a second career. We argue that starting your own business is the most effective route for teachers seeking a fulfilling and sustainable post-teaching life.

This course is particularly relevant for teachers in their 20s and 30s, but even those in their 40s have time to make a change. While we don't believe it's too late for those in their 50s (I'm in my 50s myself!), we acknowledge the potential challenge of shifting perspectives.

If you're open to objectively assessing your current situation and actively seeking a meaningful retirement, this course can provide valuable insights. We aim to help you create a rewarding and purposeful life beyond teaching. If you're feeling stuck or want to explore new possibilities, this course is for you.
