Effective communication is paramount in healthcare, forming the foundation of strong patient relationships. Mastering the art of patient interaction allows for deeper understanding – enabling healthcare professionals to grasp a patient's perspective, feelings, and needs. This course emphasizes active listening, asking open-ended questions, and truly understanding the individual, going beyond just the medical condition. We'll clearly define the difference between sterilization and disinfection and explore standard precautions to safeguard patients and staff.

Essential first aid and life-saving skills are also covered, including CPR techniques for various scenarios. You'll learn to respond effectively to myocardial infarctions (heart attacks), seizures, vomiting, and choking incidents.
