MINIATURE Props: Make A Bowl of Fruit for your Stop Motion Film

Unleash your creativity and dive into the world of miniature sculpting! This engaging class is perfect for both beginners and experienced crafters alike. Learn to create adorable miniature polymer clay fruit – a fantastic addition to your film set, dollhouse, or diorama scene.

We'll cover a wide range of miniature fruit designs, exploring techniques to bring almost any fruit to life. While the focus is on the fruit itself, I'll also demonstrate an easy fruit bowl making technique using Worbla thermoplastic sheet.

To participate, you'll need:

• Polymer clay in various fruit colors
• Translucent polymer clay
• Soft pastels for vibrant details
• Acrylic paint for added realism
• Basic sculpting tools (a pin is a great starting point)
• Patience – miniature sculpting takes time!
• An oven for baking your creations

To simplify the process, I've included a helpful cheat sheet with dimensions for the fruit, scaled for both 1:10 and 1:12 miniature scales. No more guesswork about miniature fruit sizes!

By the end of this class, you'll be able to:

• Sculpt a variety of different fruits using polymer clay.
• Confidently add details to your creations with soft pastels and acrylic paint.
• Master an easy technique for making a quick fruit bowl.
