Each lesson includes:

1. Reading & Discussion: Individual reading assignment followed by a Q&A for group discussion.
2. Inspirational Video: 3-5 minute video to enhance learning and spark conversation.
3. Biblical Foundation: Exploring Jesus' leadership model through the Heart, Head, Hand, Habits (4H) framework.
4. Case Studies: Applying biblical principles to contemporary challenges.
5. Self-Evaluation: Identifying strengths and areas for growth.
6. Practical Application: Weekly exercises to build tangible skills and self-awareness.

Group Facilitation: For group sessions, a facilitator is assigned each week to guide discussions, share resources, and ensure active participation.
