La festa di Lammas: tempo del primo raccolto

Discover the profound meaning of connecting with the rhythms of Nature! This exploration of the Wheel of the Year unveils the deep wisdom surrounding us, drawing on ancient traditions.

Our ancestors celebrated significant seasonal events in harmony with the natural world. For example, the Winter Solstice marked the triumphant return of light.

During Summer, celebrations focused on the sun's ascent, but also acknowledged its gradual descent into Autumn, a time of renewal. Summer's energy encourages us to embrace the abundance of Nature and recognize the love that nourishes us. It’s a time to harmonize emotions amplified during Spring.

Now, as Summer reaches its peak, Nature invites us to observe the fruits of our labor – the results of our projects, dreams, and seeds we planted.

Lammas, celebrated on August 1st, offers a powerful opportunity for introspection. It's a time to reflect on the path we've chosen and assess the love we've invested in our endeavors. Inner reflection helps us understand the depth of our commitment.

In this journey, I'll delve into the significance of Lammas, also known as Lughnasadh, and guide you on how to best honor it. We'll embark on a brief inner journey to cultivate a deep listening to your heart's desires, opening yourself to love and authentic expression.
