Krav Maga: Learn Effective Self-Defense Techniques

Discover Krav Maga, a powerful and practical self-defense system originating from the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). Developed in the 1930s by Imi Lichtenfeld, Krav Maga, meaning "Contact Combat" in Hebrew, was initially designed for military use due to escalating violence against the Israeli people. Its effectiveness led to its eventual adoption by civilians, and today, Krav Maga is practiced globally by military units and law enforcement agencies worldwide.
