Intermediate New Testament Koine Greek

Are you ready to move beyond basic Beginner Greek and delve deeper into the New Testament? This Intermediate Greek course, designed for those already familiar with Koine Greek, offers a practical and engaging approach to understanding the biblical text.

Forget rote memorization of grammatical rules! Traditional methods often leave learners feeling overwhelmed. Instead, this course focuses on identifying and mastering Greek language patterns, a method proven to be more effective than simply applying English grammar. Learn to recognize recurring structures within the language, making comprehension significantly easier.

This program builds upon the foundation established in the Beginner Greek course offered by BibleInteract. It consists of ten comprehensive lessons, each packed with valuable teaching aids and ample opportunities for practice. Each lesson includes:

• Video Lessons: Follow along with clear video instruction, complemented by detailed outlines.
• Study Guides: Reinforce your learning with helpful review materials.
• Vocabulary Building: Effective techniques to aid in memorizing essential Greek vocabulary.
• Pronunciation Guidance: Learn the correct pronunciation of Koine Greek to foster a deeper connection with the language and think directly in Greek, rather than relying on constant translation.
• Quizzes: Use quizzes as a teaching tool to identify areas needing further review before progressing. These are designed to help you solidify your understanding, not just to assess performance.

The ultimate goal of this Intermediate Greek course is to unlock a richer, more nuanced understanding of the New Testament than any translation can provide. Remember, all translations are interpretations, and the subtle nuances of meaning often lost in translation are preserved in the original Koine Greek.

Prepare to gain a deeper appreciation for the Gospel of Christ by engaging directly with the ancient language in which it was written. This course empowers you to move beyond simple translation and truly understand the text.
