Explore Coaching – Is It Right for You?

This accessible format allows you to understand how coaching works in practice and determine if this career path aligns with your aspirations. We delve into the core principles of authentic coaching – a practice valued in over 130 countries and sought after by Fortune 500 companies.

What is Authentic Coaching?

This course clarifies what true coaching entails, separating it from NLP, techniques, and tools. It's a partnership built on respect, trust, and deep collaboration, empowering individuals to find their own solutions, achieve growth, and reach their goals without pressure or unsolicited advice.

Key Differences: Coaching vs. Other Professions

Many confuse coaching with mentoring, NLP, motivational speaking, or consulting. However, international coaching is distinct. It's not about imposing methods or influencing outcomes. Instead, it’s about supporting clients with empathy, non-judgment, and belief in their potential.

Built on ICF Standards

Our curriculum is grounded in the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the world's largest professional coaching organization with over 50,000 members globally. You'll learn:

• The essence of coaching
• Ethical principles
• Real coaching session examples
• What differentiates a professional coach from a "pseudo-coach"
