How to Create Watercolor Figures on Your iPad in Procreate + FREE Digital Watercolor Brushes

Unlock your artistic potential with this guide to creating stunning watercolor figures on iPad! Learn three distinct techniques to bring your digital paintings to life.

First, we'll master the art of building a watercolor figure from a simple line drawing. Discover how to achieve realistic depth and variation in your digital watercolor using Procreate, mimicking the look of traditional pigment on paper.

Next, we'll explore using a sketch as a foundation for a captivating watercolor figure. I'll demonstrate how to expertly layer darkness and highlights to create a convincing sense of light and shadow, adding dimension to your artwork.

Finally, unleash your creativity with a fun and expressive approach: transforming a photograph into a beautiful painterly watercolor art piece using loose, intuitive strokes.

These techniques are versatile! You can apply them to a wide range of projects, including fashion illustrations, heartfelt family portraits, and any other artistic vision you can imagine.

As a bonus, I'm offering a free download of 10 custom watercolor brushes and a unique watercolor texture paper designed specifically for Procreate! Download them here [link]. (The password is provided at the start of the class.)
