This program, led by experienced coach Amy Eggleston, introduces essential gymnastics techniques for children from pre-school through level two. We focus on building a strong foundation in a supportive environment, fostering a love for movement and healthy habits.

What will your child learn?

• Fundamental Skills: Master warm-up routines, safe falling techniques, and progressive skill drills for tumbling, balance beam, uneven bars, and vault.
• Obstacle Courses: Two exciting obstacle courses are designed to boost confidence, refine technique, and enhance strength and coordination.
• Physical Development: Gymnastics activities promote cognitive skills, sportsmanship, and healthy bone development through weight-bearing exercises that build bone density. Improve flexibility and help prevent diseases like obesity and heart disease.
