Welcome to this watercolor painting class where you'll learn to create realistic flowers! Don't worry if you're a beginner – we'll take it step-by-step. No prior experience is needed.

We'll start by exploring the various watercolor materials available and how they behave. You don't need to buy everything! If you're just starting out, consider getting advice from a seller, but the knowledge you gain here will make future purchases much easier.

Next, we'll use reference photos to sketch our flowers and apply a first wash of color. Then, we'll gradually add details until we achieve a beautiful, finished piece.

You'll find reference photos in the resources section, along with a list of the materials we'll cover and a brief overview of color theory. We won't delve deeply into color theory (you can find helpful videos from other instructors), but understanding the basics will be beneficial for mixing colors and creating harmonious combinations.
