Floral Fantasy: Three Drawing Exercises to De-Stress and Calm Your Mind

Discover the calming practice of mindful drawing with enchanting fantasy florals! This class is designed to help you find inner peace and reduce stress through the simple act of creating art.

Learn three accessible drawing exercises rooted in mindfulness practices. Slow down, de-stress, and stay present as you focus on each detail and mark. No prior art skills are required – this class is perfect for beginners! Let go of perfectionism and enjoy the process of creating beautiful, intricate floral doodles.

We'll explore abstract fantasy florals, specifically designed to minimize self-criticism and anxiety. Focus on the journey of drawing rather than the final product. When you embrace the process, you unlock creativity, reduce anxiety, and experience the joy of art therapy. Feel the flow of creation and invite inspiring ideas.

I'll guide you step-by-step through each design, ensuring a slow and mindful approach. Forget about how your drawing "should" look and simply enjoy the experience of putting pen to paper. You’ll be surprised at the wonderful things that happen when you prioritize relaxation and enjoyment.
