It does not cover advanced topics like detailed revenue forecasting or specific profit margin setups. Furthermore, the calculation of WACC (Weighted Average Cost of Capital) is not included.

When assigned to an M&A deal without prior experience, a smooth start is crucial. This course equips you with the necessary knowledge and skills to do just that. The goal is to enable you to build your own financial models independently and gain a realistic understanding of financial modeling in practice. Beyond model construction, you'll also get a sense of how to create effective output materials.
