Looking for a fun and engaging way to explore your artistic side? This 7-day collage art challenge is designed to spark your creativity and help you create unique pieces! We'll dive into seven inspiring collage prompts, offering a fantastic opportunity to experiment with different styles and techniques.
Here's what we'll explore:
- Play With Size: Experiment with varying image sizes for dynamic compositions.
- Float and Fly: Create a sense of movement and lightness in your collages.
- Explore Ephemera: Discover the beauty of vintage materials and textures.
- Limited Color Palette: Master the art of creating impact with a restricted color scheme.
- Add Graphic Shapes: Incorporate bold shapes for visual interest.
- Add Colorful Rays: Introduce bursts of color and energy.
- Flowers and Leaves: Explore natural elements for organic designs.
Each day, we'll delve into a new prompt. I'll provide inspiration and create a quick example collage. Then, it's your turn to create! The lessons are kept bite-sized (approximately 6-8 minutes) so you can easily fit them into your schedule.
By the end of this class, you'll have 7 unique and imperfect collages based on the prompts. Share your creations in the class project gallery to connect with fellow artists and gain inspiration!
