This course is ideal for beginners and artists seeking to enhance their pencil drawing abilities. We'll explore the core principles of drawing, including understanding proportions, angles, and light & shadow. You'll also significantly sharpen your observational skills by carefully studying familiar subjects.

What you'll learn:

• Fundamental drawing techniques: Master the basics to create more realistic and compelling drawings.
• Proportion & Accuracy: Learn to accurately represent the size and relationship of elements within your drawings.
• Understanding Angles: Develop a keen eye for angles to add depth and dimension.

Required Materials:

• Pencils: A set of three pencils is recommended: HB, 4B, and 8B.

Class Project:

For this class project, we'll focus on sketching everyday objects. Use the provided "time to draw" videos (approximately 20 minutes each) as reference, or download the reference photos directly. Upload your sketches to the class project for personalized feedback.
