Draw from Imagination : Environments Techniques Concept Art

For the past 9 years, I've utilized these methods to overcome creative challenges across diverse projects – from medieval landscapes and realistic architecture to futuristic sci-fi and cyberpunk compositions.

By the end of this class, you'll gain valuable skills in sketching your own unique ideas and develop a polished black and white composition.

What You'll Learn:

• Environment Design: Master techniques for creating believable and engaging environments from scratch.

What You'll Need:

• Drawing Software: Photoshop is recommended, but the methods are adaptable to any drawing software.
• Free Brushes: Downloadable brushes are available to enhance your artwork.

Class Assignment:

Practice these techniques by completing the following:

1. Trace 5 images (landscapes or architecture).
2. Create 5 circle compositions.
3. Sketch on top of your circle compositions.
4. Sketch on top of a real photo, utilizing perspective.
5. Develop a final black and white composition using all learned techniques.
