Document Yourself: A Framework for Career Advancement: CodeMash

Boost Your Career with Self-Documentation: Prove Your Value

This workshop empowers you to document your career success with the same rigor you'd apply to software code. Learn how to effectively showcase your impact and demonstrate a strong return on investment (ROI) for the company.

Michelle Brenner's session provides a practical framework in three key steps:

• Crafting Success Statements: Learn to articulate your daily accomplishments as powerful success statements.
• Building a Brag Sheet: Compile your success statements into a comprehensive brag sheet highlighting your key achievements.
• Developing Your Elevator Pitch: Transform your brag sheet into a concise and compelling elevator pitch that clearly communicates your value.

This structured approach makes self-documentation a sustainable habit. Discover the incredible impact of consistently documenting your work – you'll gain newfound confidence and a clear plan to advance your career. Master this technique to confidently pursue promotions, raises, and new job opportunities. Walk away with the tools and mindset to take your next step! This workshop helps you effectively demonstrate career value and achieve your professional goals.
