Unlock Your Creative Potential: A Practical Course for Cognitive Enhancement

This course goes beyond mastering a single artistic skill like drawing, dancing, singing, writing, filming, or acting. It's designed to train your creative muscle as a general cognitive aptitude through focused practice. Develop your overall creative thinking abilities and unlock innovative solutions.

The program features 7 simple workshops that explore the essential components of the creative process. You'll delve into:

• Shape & Proportions (Scale): Understanding visual structure.
• Composition: Arranging elements effectively.
• Rhythm: Creating flow and movement.
• Conception (Idea): Generating and developing concepts.
• Charisma & EQ: Harnessing personal presence and emotional intelligence.

The 'Theory: Creative Muscle' section provides valuable insights into the underlying principles. Each workshop follows a structured approach: task, practice, and result.

The course begins with a simple, initial task designed to identify your individual creative starting point. You'll revisit this task at the end, allowing you to track your progress.

All you need is a pen, paper, and your body! Feel uncomfortable with a task? Simplify it and work independently. This course is about practice, not diagnosis. It's not about identifying inherent talents, but about developing your capacity for creative thought.

Rooted in the wisdom of Russian art masters, this course aims to enhance your ability to understand and process diverse information. This skill is invaluable for both analytical thinking and innovative information creation.
