Create personalised Mixed Media Inspiration Journal

Create a beautiful Inspiration Journal from recycled materials! Learn how to transform a simple brochure and everyday papers – think scrap paper, offcuts, wrapping paper, tissue paper, magazine images, book pages, used envelopes, maps, and even sheet music – into a personalized keepsake.

This course guides you through crafting a journal designed to celebrate you. It's a powerful tool for remembering what brings you joy, acknowledging your accomplishments, and practicing self-compassion. Shift your focus from to-do lists to appreciating your journey and recognizing your inherent worth. This journal is a reminder that you are enough and that you are making a difference – especially helpful in navigating the pressures of social media.

The process of creating this journal is a deeply mindful and self-care activity. Use it as a source of strength and encouragement during challenging times, a reminder that things will improve, and a testament to your resilience.

The class is structured in two parts:

• Part 1: Journal Creation & Mixed Media Techniques: Discover simple mixed media techniques to cover the pages of your brochure and prepare it for journaling. No prior experience is necessary!
• Part 2: Journal Prompts & Page Spreads: Explore a curated collection of journal prompts, quotes, and poems (available as a downloadable PDF) and learn how to use them to create visually stunning and meaningful page spreads.

This class is perfect for all skill levels. Advanced learners can easily expand upon the techniques to further personalize their journals.

I'm excited for you to embark on this creative and empowering journey! I'll be adding bonus video lectures in the New Year.
