Commercial Pilot Course Part I: How To Pass The Checkride

Mastering the Commercial Pilot Checkride: Your Path to Professional Flying

Are you preparing for your commercial pilot checkride, oral exam, and FAA written knowledge test? This free short course provides crucial insights to help you confidently pass these critical steps towards earning your commercial pilot certificate.

The truth is, standard commercial pilot training often falls short. Many pilots find themselves inadequately prepared to effectively utilize the privileges of their commercial pilot license after completing their checkride.

Why does this happen? Traditional commercial pilot training frequently neglects key aspects of professional aviation, including:

• Real-World Job Search Strategies: Commercial pilot training often lacks practical guidance on securing a flying job.
• Complex Aircraft Proficiency: Insufficient training on flying larger, more complex aircraft.
• Crew Resource Management (CRM): Limited or absent instruction in flying as part of a flight crew.
• Irrelevant Maneuvers: Focus on maneuvers rarely encountered in actual commercial flying.
• Professional Challenges: Neglect of the personal, social, and mental demands of a career as a professional pilot.
• Type Rating Preparation: Lack of guidance on effectively studying for and obtaining type ratings.

Oregon Flight School's 3-Part Commercial Pilot Course Series is designed to address these critical gaps. This isn't just about passing a test; it's about preparing you for the realities of commercial pilot flying. Whether you're a commercial pilot applicant or already hold a commercial pilot certificate, this course offers invaluable knowledge for a successful and fulfilling career in aviation.
