I first encountered coaching in 1998, a time when it was a relatively unknown concept. Initially skeptical, I quickly became captivated by its power. In 2002, I established myself as a business coach, gaining invaluable experience both with clients and by receiving coaching myself. This firsthand experience illuminated the potential for individuals to achieve their dreams. In 2008, I founded YumeKana Co., Ltd., embodying the belief that "Dreams are meant to be achieved."

Today, I provide personal coaching to executives, managers, and sales professionals, and conduct over 200 corporate training sessions and speaking engagements annually across Japan. I also deliver coaching workshops and lectures to educational institutions, including elementary, middle, high schools, universities, and educational centers. Driven by a desire to share the benefits of coaching, I created this course.
