• Real-world insights: Questions are inspired by a private community of PSM2 & PSM3 professionals, drawing from their experiences, exam strategies, and in-depth analysis of the latest Scrum Guide and Scrum Competencies.

To prepare effectively for the Professional Scrum Master III exam, we recommend studying:

• The latest version of the Scrum Guide (2020)
• Scrum Competencies
• The Professional Agile Leader: The Leader's Journey Toward Growing Mature Agile Teams and Organizations (The Professional Scrum Series)

Our PSM3 practice exams cover key areas outlined by the Professional Scrum Competencies, including:

• Understanding and Applying the Scrum Framework: Demonstrate mastery of Scrum's core principles and practices.
• Developing People and Teams: Showcase your ability to foster high-performing teams.
