Explore the exciting world of automotive modeling in this updated course! Learn advanced techniques for game optimization using Mark Sharp and Edge Crease functionalities. We'll be recreating the legendary 1980 Miura Sport, a classic Brazilian sports car from the era of "foras-de-série" racing, specifically optimized for use in games.

This course utilizes the latest version of Blender (3.2.2), a powerful and free 3D modeling software. You'll learn to model from a blueprint and reference images, building the car piece by piece.

Enhance your vehicle with custom textures created in GIMP. Transform the Miura Sport into a police car or a high-performance race car with an aerofoil and other modifications.

We'll leverage Cycles Render, Blender's built-in rendering engine, to achieve stunning realistic animations and renders.

The modeling process begins with the hood, establishing the car's base. We'll then move on to detailing the front and rear bumpers. Essential modifiers like Mirror, Array, Subdivision Surface, and Lattice will be used to streamline the modeling workflow. Notably, we will not be using the Shrink Wrap modifier.

You'll master the creation of all exterior components, including wheels, and learn a technique applicable to modeling any type of wheel. Material creation for each car part will be covered, followed by setting up a captivating outdoor scene with vegetation, sky, and your finished vehicle.
