Here's a breakdown of what you'll learn:

• Ikkyo: Explore the omote (front) and ura (back) variations of Ikkyo, a fundamental Aikido technique.
• Nikkyo: Learn the omote and ura applications of Nikkyo, building upon your understanding of Ikkyo.
• Sankyo: Discover the omote and ura techniques of Sankyo, expanding your defensive and offensive capabilities.
• Yonkyo: Master the omote and ura forms of Yonkyo, developing coordination and body mechanics.
• Gokkyo & Tanken-dori: Learn Gokkyo, a powerful ura-waza (reverse technique), and Tanken-dori, a crucial counter-grip.
• Rokkyo: Understand the Rokkyo technique, completing the initial sequence of Shomen-uchi methods.

Training Methodology:

We'll explore each technique in two key forms:

• Kihon (Basic Form): Focus on precise, isolated movements to build a strong foundation.
• Ki no nagare (Flowing Energy): Integrate the techniques into fluid, dynamic sequences, emphasizing the flow of ki (energy).
