Accents & Voice Impressions - From Beginner to Pro

Are you fascinated by accents and impressions? Do you dream of mastering vocal mimicry or are you curious about how to get started with impression acting? This class is designed for you! I'm here to guide you and help you structure your learning, taking your impression skills to the next level.

I'm Charlie, an impressionist, voice actor, and stand-up comedian with a thriving YouTube channel (over 390,000 subscribers!). Surprisingly, I'm also a fully qualified maths teacher with 2 years of classroom experience, meaning I know how to break down complex skills into easy-to-understand steps.

In this comprehensive course, you will learn:

• The 5 Fundamentals of Impression Acting: Discover the core principles that underpin every successful impression.
• Voice Deconstruction Techniques: Learn how to analyze any voice – identifying its key characteristics and recreating those building blocks using your own vocal range.
• Effective Practice & Motivation: Develop strategies to manage your practice time and stay motivated on your impression journey.
• Adding Polish & "Wow" Factor: Master advanced techniques and subtle tricks to elevate your voice impressions and create truly memorable performances.

Your class project will involve developing an impression of your choice. At the end, you'll have the opportunity to share your work and receive personalized feedback for further improvement.

I'm excited to see what you create! Let's begin your voice acting and impression adventure.
