7 Days to Better Grades

Unlock Your Learning Potential: A 7-Day Course to Master How to Learn

Ever wish you could absorb information faster and retain it longer? The secret lies in learning how to learn – a skill often overlooked in traditional education. While schools focus on what to learn, they rarely teach how to learn it effectively.

We discovered the power of efficient learning during medical school, and now we’re sharing our proven strategies with you. Don't worry, this isn't about adding more to your already packed schedule. We've distilled everything into a simple, actionable 7-day course, complete with a class project to help you immediately apply new techniques.

This curriculum breaks down the learning process into two core steps: understanding and remembering.

• Understanding: We’ll equip you with techniques to effectively get information into your brain. Day #1 focuses on structuring new topics for better comprehension. Subsequent days introduce methods like teaching and interleaving to deepen your understanding of even the most challenging subjects.
• Remembering: We’ll leverage the science of how the brain works, incorporating spaced repetition and active recall (testing) to solidify long-term memory.

Each day, you'll gain a new, powerful study technique to add to your learning toolkit. A downloadable workbook provides easy-to-follow exercises to help you implement these techniques.

Whether you're a student in high school, college, or beyond, this course will help you reframe your approach to studying and build sustainable lifelong learning habits.
