Discover a Deeper Practice with 21 Days of Presence: Your Guided Meditation Journey

Ready to explore the transformative power of meditation? This online program, 21 Days of Presence, offers a gentle and accessible introduction to creating a personal, mindful practice. We break down the vast world of meditation into manageable, bitesize lessons, with each video clocking in at under 15 minutes – perfect for busy schedules!

It's often the hardest step to start, so this program is designed to be short and sweet, encouraging daily commitment. You'll learn practical meditation techniques and tools, including:

• Breathwork: Learn simple yet powerful breathing exercises to center yourself.
• Mindfulness: Cultivate present moment awareness in your daily life.
• Visualizations: Utilize guided imagery for relaxation and focus.

Forget the myth of emptying your mind! Meditation isn't about stopping thoughts; it's about shifting your relationship with them. We'll learn to notice, observe, and get curious about our thoughts with gentle acceptance and no judgment.

To deepen your experience, each video includes journal prompts to encourage reflection and self-discovery. Put your thoughts and feelings to paper after each practice.

21 Days of Presence is designed for everyone, regardless of experience. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to learn. Join me on this journey to cultivate greater mindfulness, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being. Let's begin!
